Comparecieron de un lado don Gaspar Sánchez, Gobernador; don Manuel Cayetano y don Diego Vergara, Alcaldes; don Francisco Hernández, Martín Guzmán, Francisco Cortés y Alonso Pascual, Regidores; y Alonso Castañeda, Escribano; oficiales de gobierno y naturales del pueblo de Santa María Tlapacoya, y del otro lado los vecinos de razón nativos de este mismo pueblo, a saber don Ignacio Antonio Morales, don José Reyes, don José Muñíz, entre otros, de uno y otro lado se comprometen a usar y compartir las tierras de este pueblo para en buena unión, sembrar, labrar y cultivarlas, tierras que han estado poseyendo los naturales.
