Don Juan Gómez, residente en Jalapa, otorga poder especial a su legítimo padre don Matías Gómez, vecino de la ciudad de Santander en los Reinos de Castilla, para que parezca ante el juez o jueces de los autos de inventarios y aprecios de bienes formados por fallecimiento de su legítima madre doña Josefa de la Torre y de doña Josefa del Solar Rivas Cacho, su abuela materna, y pida se forme la cuenta de división y partición y la parte de ambas herencias que le fueren aplicadas al otorgante, quedando éstas en poder de su padre hasta que el otorgante disponga de ellas.
