Don Juan Crespo Patrón, de 36 años de edad, natural del lugar de Francelos, feligresía de Santa María de Rivas, en los reinos de Castilla, vecino de Perote, declara que don Nicolás Hickie, del Comercio de España y residente en Jalapa, le propuso manejar una parte de su caudal, del cual comería y se vestiría, para lo cual le puso una tienda en el pueblo de Perote, por esta razón, en caso de muerte del citado don Juan Crespo Patrón, el caudal que tiene, se le debe otorgar al citado Nicolás Hickie, dueño legítimo del mismo.
