Los Capitanes don José Robledano de Cardeña, don Bartolomé de Castro y don José Antonio de Acosta, vecinos de este pueblo de Jalapa, se han instituido en fiadores de don Laureano Fernández de Ulloa, quien recibió en calidad de traspaso, las reales alcabalas de esta jurisdicción, Jalacingo, San Juan de los Llanos, Teziutlan, Atempa, Papantla, Tetela y Jonotla, de parte de don Agustín López Valdez, y para cumplir la función de fiadores, otorgan poder especial a don Pablo de Arizavalo, Agente de negocios y vecino de la Ciudad de México, quien los obligará como fiadores.
