Don Pedro Antonio Rodríguez, vecino de Jalapa, albacea del difunto don Vicente Fernández de Baldimo, vende a don Manuel José Bellido, una casa que linda y hace frente al norte, por donde tiene 19 y tres cuartas varas, con el callejón de Quiñones y del otro lado casa de don Juan de Ugarte, al oriente con callejón del Diamante y casa de Francisco Javier López; al fondo tiene 27 y media varas y linda con casa de doña Clara Elena de Reina, y al poniente con casa de don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa. La vende en el precio de 1, 064 pesos cuatro y cuartilla reales, 500 a favor de doña Paula Barradas Meléndez a censo redimible dando 2 pesos cada mes; 496 pesos 7 y medio reales que entregará a quien y cuando se lo mande la Real Justicia, y 67 pesos 4 y 3 cuartillas de reales que entregará a don Sebastián Muñiz.
