Miguel Jiménez Carralero, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, en nombre de Alonso de Quintanilla y Heredia, vecinos de la Ciudad de México, en virtud de poder que le otorgó, vende al Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, de la misma vecindad, una mulata esclava llamada Josefa, de 26 años más o menos, que compró al Capitán Nicolás Maldonado y Solís, vecino y mercader del pueblo de Izúcar. La venta se hace libre de empeño, hipoteca y gravamen, sin asegurarla de vicio, tacha o defecto, en 350 pesos de oro común, libre de alcabala que ha recibido.
