Don Nicolás Bustamante, vecino del paraje de la Banderilla de esta jurisdicción, declara que debe a don Juan Manuel de Soto, vecino y del comercio de Veracruz, 459 pesos, procedentes de liquidación de todas las cuentas que han tenido hasta el día de hoy, cantidad que se obliga a pagar dentro del término de 5 meses, cuya paga hará en esta Villa a don Fernando Muñoz, de esta vecindad, quien representa los derechos del acreedor, y como seguro obliga una casa que fabricó en el paraje de la Banderilla, que linda por el oriente con Cayetano Cabañas, por el poniente no tiene ningún vecino, y hace frente al norte con casa de Juan Pablo, camino real en medio, y su fondo al sur.\t
