Pedro Jiménez, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a María Josefa Cadenas, de estado doncella, de esta misma vecindad, un pedazo de solar con 16 y media varas de frente y 31 y media de fondo, ubicado en el callejón de Alba, que antes se llamó de don Luis Fernández de la Flor y Pareja, con el que hace frente hacia el oriente y del otro lado casa de la Ontiveros, al norte linda con callejoncillo que atraviesa del Alba al de los Luises, al poniente con solar de Juan José Bermón, al sur con solar que fue de Antonio Justo. Lo vende por precio de 30 pesos.
