Don Pedro Morales, Capitán del Regimiento de Infantería de Granada, natural de la gran Villa de Caravaca en el reino de Murcia, hijo legítimo de José Morales y doña María Hurtado de Mendoza, casado con doña Rosa de Alcázar, hija del Conde de la Marquina, con la cual no tuvo hijos, otorga su testamento donde nombra como albacea testamentario a don Juan Antonio Espinosa, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, y como heredero universal a don Manuel Calderón, Teniente del Regimiento de Granada, quien se halla en la ciudad de la Veracruz.
