José Pérez, vecino del pueblo de Altotonga y residente en este pueblo, dijo que teniendo dependencia con el Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, le hace alcance de 233 pesos 5 reales, mismos que por no poder hacer pago puntual, solicitó despacho de esperas por el Virrey de este reino, los cuales le ha concedido por el tiempo de 4 años, obligándose a pagar dicha cantidad, para lo cual hipoteca su casa de cal y canto, cubierta de tejamanil en solar propio, libre de censo.
