Don Domingo Ricoy [Bermúdez], vecino y del comercio de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa, dijo que por cuanto José Rigoni, de nación Portugués, se halla preso en esta Real Cárcel por el Señor Subdelegado don Gaspar de Iriarte, en virtud de orden del Excelentísimo Señor Virrey, por la causa que contra él se sigue como extranjero, otorga se constituye fiador del enunciado Rigoni para caucionar su persona en tal manera que esta cumplirá y guardará carcelería dentro de dicha Villa sin hacer ausencia de ella, y estará pronto a los llamados y a presentarse siempre que sea citado y requerido a contestar en la causa hasta la determinación de ella por el señor Virrey. \t
