Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, dueño de los ingenios La Santísima Trinidad y Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, ubicados en la jurisdicción de Jalapa, se obligó a pagar a Fabián Chacón, mercader, vecino de la ciudad de México, que se encarga de la administración y venta de los azúcares, 12 000 pesos de oro común en reales que sin ningún interés le prestó por tiempo de cuatro años, para de hoy día de la fecha en cuatro años; y al mismo tiempo, el dicho capitán se obligó a remitirle 500 arrobas de azúcar mensuales durante los referidos cuatro años, por cuyo trabajo Fabián Chacón recibirá 2 000 pesos en cada un año.
