Polonia de Rivilla, vecina de este pueblo de Jalapa, hija legítima de don Martín de Rivilla, natural de Portugal, en el señorío de Vizcaya, difunto, y de doña Sebastiana de Zárate, vecina de este pueblo, casada en primeras nupcias con Juan de Ochoa y en segundas con Juan de la Torre, vecino de este pueblo, ambos difuntos, realiza testamento, en el cual nombra como albaceas testamentarios a Francisco Julián de Ochoa en compañía de Juan de Dios Thormes, y como herederos a su citada madre y por su fallecimiento a sus sobrinos, hijos de su hermano.
