Don José María Cardeña y Gallardo, Subteniente del Regimiento de Infantería Provincial de las Tres Villas, vecino de la de Xalapa, otorga poder a don Juan Arredondo, Agente de Negocios de la Corte de México, para que en su nombre se presente a hacer posturas, pujas y mejoras en el Juzgado General de Bienes de difuntos, por los bienes de su difunto padre Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña, que están para rematarse en dicho Juzgado, por las cantidades, plazos y condiciones que por carta misivas le comunicará, y bajo el papel de abono que corre en los autos de dicha testamentaria dado a su favor por don José Ignacio Pavón y Muñoz.
