Don Jaime Tutsol, socio de la Compañía de interés titulada Gibert Tutsol y Grau, ubicada en esta Villa, le presentó una libranza a don Juan Manuel de Revilla, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, por 300 pesos fuertes, a lo cual Revilla contestó no tener fondos para pagarla, por lo tanto, mediante la presente, el otorgante protesta solemnemente contra todos los gastos, daños, atrasos y perjuicios que por el no cumplimiento de la enunciada libranza pudieran sobrevenirle a la sociedad de su cargo, contra quien haya lugar.
