Don Pedro Báez, labrador vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que debe a los herederos de la viuda de don Cristóbal Martínez, por lo que a través de la presente se obliga a pagar la cantidad de 200 pesos a cada uno, para cuando tengan la edad para recibirlos o cuando se lo mande el Juez; como seguro de esta deuda hipoteca una casa de paredes cubierta de madera, ladrillo y teja, situada en el barrio alto y calle de la Amargura.
