Don Tomás de la Calle, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que como apoderado general de Cayetana María Lobato, Diego Molina, Domingo Pascual Capetillo, Agustina Farfán y María Farfán; se obliga a tener en depósito irregular, por tiempo de 2 años contados a partir de la presente fecha, la cantidad de 1, 000 pesos que recibió de don Ángel José Valiente, del Comercio de España y residente en este pueblo, y pagará réditos del 5 % anuales a dicho Valiente o a quien en su derecho hubiere, hipotecando por ello la Venta Antigua de las Vigas y tierras anexas a ella.
