Ramón de Arrebillaga, natural de las Islas Filipinas en Manila y vecino de las Rancherías del pueblo de la Rinconada doctrina de Apazapa, hijo legítimo de don Lorenzo Arrebillaga, natural de la Villa de Bilbao en el Señorío de Vizcaya, y de doña Ana Magdalena Briones, natural de las Islas Filipinas. Declara fue casado con María Magdalena Hernández, difunta, con quien no tuvo hijos. Nombra como albaceas testamentarios a su entenada María Antonia Díaz y al marido de ésta, Miguel Francisco Tello, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, como herederos universales nombra a dicha su entenada y a los dos hijos de su otra entenada Luisa Díaz, nombrados Joaquina Martínez y José Martínez. Sus bienes los tiene en una memoria que mandó a escribir a don Juan Antonio de la Riva, el mancebo.
