Don Francisco Hidalgo, Médico de la última flota al mando de don Agustín de Idiáquez, con poder para testar que le otorgó Juan de Mellica, vecino de la Ciudad de Cádiz y Piloto del Rey en la Urca Holandesa nombrada “El Mateo”, procede a realizar el testamento del otorgante, en el cual además del citado poder, lo nombró albacea y como herederos designó a José Bartolomé y Estebana, sus hijos legítimos y de María de Vega, vecina de Cádiz y su legítima mujer.
