Don Juan Lucas de Olavarrieta, natural del Valle de Oquendo, Provincia de Álava en Vizcaya, hijo de los difuntos don Juan de Olavarrieta y de doña Teresa de Lartundo, otorga su testamento en donde declara es viudo, no tiene hijos, encarga a sus albaceas que el día de su entierro se repartan de sus bienes entre los pobres que se hallaren enfermos en sus casas en esta Villa, 200 pesos de acuerdo a la necesidad de cada uno, y con preferencia al más necesitado, nombra por sus albaceas a don Pedro de Escuza, don Manuel Pérez y Suárez, Cura y Juez Eclesiástico de esta Villa, y a don Francisco Cia, a quienes también nombra como sus herederos, ya que no tiene herederos forzosos.
