El Capitán José Arias y Torija, vecino de Jalapa, en voz propia y la de su compañero, don Pedro López Gómez, vecino de Cádiz, otorga poder especial a don José Mariano Rendón Palomino, Procurador de la Curia Eclesiástica de la ciudad de la Puebla, para que solicite a cualquier cofre, tribunal o conventos, a censo redimible o en calidad de depósito irregular hasta la cantidad de 12, 000 pesos que imponga, sitúe y cargue sobre su hacienda e ingenio San Pedro Buenavista, alias la Orduña, que en términos de este pueblo compraron totalmente arruinado y lo han labrado de nuevo.
