Santiago Mariano Rendón y Parra y Antonio Alcaide, vecinos del pueblo de Tatatila, como compañeros del descubrimiento de la mina que denunciaron en este Juzgado, a cuyo laborío se ha opuesto el dueño de otra mina que esta beneficiando en la barranca de Zomelahuacán; motivo por el cual otorgan poder a Juan Julián Hernández, vecino del paraje de la Vigas, para que en sus nombres los defiendan en el litis que ha iniciado en esta cabecera, pareciendo en juicio y en defensa del derecho que le asiste como primeros denunciantes de dicha mina nombrada San Nicolás.
