El Alférez Felipe de Acosta, vecino del pueblo de Naolinco, albacea de Manuel de Acosta, su hermano difunto, dijo que dejó concertado, ajustado y vendido a Melchor García, difunto vecino que fue del Desierto de Perote, un sitio en términos del pueblo de Tlacolulan, en 500 pesos a cuya cuenta recibió y se obligó a otorgarle escritura y hasta entonces pagarle los 100 pesos restantes que ahora se da por recibido de Juana de la Cruz, viuda de Melchor, en cuya virtud otorga la escritura de venta de ese sitio y de molino de Río Frío, que su hermano compró en pública almoneda en la Ciudad de México por remate público que se celebró de mandato de los señores inquisidores del Santo Oficio.
