El Teniente Coronel don Manuel Rengel, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que su difunta esposa doña María Ignacia Fagoaga, hija legítima del Señor Marqués del Apartado don Francisco Fagoaga, difunto, y de la señora doña [María] Magdalena Villa Urrutia, vecinos de la Ciudad de México, nombró a dicha su madre como heredera de las dos tercias partes que le perteneciesen de su herencia paterna y al otorgante de la otra tercia parte, por lo cual otorga poder especial al Señor Licenciado y Maestro don Juan Antonio Bruno, Canónigo Lectoral de la Santa Iglesia Catedral Metropolitana de México, para que en su nombre transija su acción y derecho que tiene a dicha herencia conviniéndose y ajustándose con la cantidad efectiva que le pareciere y acordare con la Señora Marquesa doña [María]Magdalena Villa Urrutia.\t
