Don José de Herrera y Campo, Maestro de Farmacopea, con botica pública, vecino de Jalapa, otorga que ratifica la escritura de 5, 000 pesos con obligación e hipoteca, y reconocerá a don Francisco Ignacio de Herrasti por dueño de los 1, 000 pesos que demandó a los hijos de doña Josefa de Campos y Arraido, y en su nombre a don Miguel Ignacio de Miranda y su apoderado don Francisco de Herrasti o a quien en su lugar hubiere, y pagará los réditos de 5 % anuales desde el día 27 de mayo de 1778.
