El Reverendo Padre Fray Ildefonso Moreno, Presidente Conventual del de Nuestro Señor Padre San Francisco de esta Villa de Xalapa, y Comisario Visitador de la Venerable Orden Tercera de dicho Convento, declara que don Antonio de Noriega, vecino que fue de esta Villa, falleció el 25 de diciembre de 1796, y el día 20 le dejó advertido al nominado padre, que la mitad del valor de las tres casas de la calle de la Raqueta, lo dejaba por herencia a doña Gertrudis Noriega, por no tener herederos forzosos.
