El Capitán José Antonio de la Pedreguera, vecino y del comercio de Jalapa, apoderado de don Juan Antonio de Neira, doña Ana Tovar y doña María de la Luz Tovar, doncellas mayores de 25 años, vecinos de la Ciudad y Corte de México, otorga que vende a doña Ignacia Gertrudis Morales, doncella mayor de 25 años, una casa de piedra y lodo techada de tejas ubicada en la calle de Belén con la que hace frente hacia el oriente, y del otro lado con casas de don Pedro Gorrindo Palomino, al poniente con solar del Bachiller Juan Bernardo Díaz Mier y al norte con casas de doña Juana Antonia Robledano. La venta se hace en 600 pesos de oro común.
