Don Manuel Gutiérrez de la Concha, vecino de México y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Juan Francisco de Almanza, vecino y almacenero de la Ciudad de México, junto con don José de Echea, Diputado del Comercio de España y residente en dicha ciudad, y en tercer lugar a don Juan Manuel de Michelena, vecino de la Ciudad de Valladolid, para que lo representen en contra del producto de los efectos y reales que hubiere pagado don José de Argüelles, vecino del pueblo de Puruándiro jurisdicción de Valladolid, y cobren todas las cantidades de pesos y otros efectos que le deban.
