Miguel Viveros, vecino de esta Villa, maestro de albañilería, vende a María Josefa García, de esta misma vecindad, una casa de paredes de lodo revocada, con pilares de cal, canto y parte de madera, cubierta de tejas, ubicada en la esquina de la calle que baja para las Locerías, haciendo esquina con un callejón que atraviesa para la calle que nombran de San Cristóbal, haciendo frente hacia el oriente, Calle de las Locerías en medio, con casa de Guillermo Orduña; por el norte linda con solar del mimo Orduña, dicho callejón que atraviesa en medio; por su fondo, al poniente, con solar de don Nicolás Fernández del Campo; y por el costado del sur con solar de Ana, conocida por la “Tachuela”. La vende en precio de 250 pesos.
