Don José Robledano de Cardeña, español, vecino y mercader de Jalapa, dijo que José de Villegas, vecino de Perote, se halla preso en la cárcel pública por causa que está siguiendo Juan Bravo de Alarcón, y por petición que presentó José de Villegas para que otorgue fianza de cárcel segura, salga de la prisión en que se haya y por auto proveído por el Teniente General de esta provincia manda se le reciba, por lo que otorga que recibe en fiado, preso, como alguacil carcelero que se constituye a José de Villegas por la causa que se le sigue.
