Agustín de Alcalá, criador de ganado menor, presenta el poder que tiene conferido de Francisco de Rivadeneira, minero y vecino que fue de las minas de Pachuca, en el que le manda se ampare y defienda las tierras que posee en la villa de Córdoba, Zacatepec, San Andrés, la hacienda Grande, los médanos de la isla de la Veracruz, y en términos de Cuitlaxtla, Huatusco, Tequitlapa, Cuautla, Cosamaloapan, y todas las que tiene en tierra caliente y en tierra fría, también las que posee en Chocamán y las que quedaron por muerte de doña Francisca Velásquez de Salazar, su madre.
