Cristóbal de Miranda, vecino de la ciudad Real de Chiapas, en nombre y en voz de Juan de Miranda, su padre, en virtud del poder que le otorgó en la dicha ciudad, el 3 de agosto de 1580, ante Hernando Nino [Niño] de Barahona, Escribano de Su Majestad, vende a Andrés de Illescas dos sitios de estancia de ganado mayor que son y están en términos de los pueblos de Cotaxtla y Huatusco, uno de ellos nombrado Tepalcatetelco y el otro Zaltianguez [sic], y asimismo 90 reses vacunas, toros, novillos y vacas por precio y contía [sic] de 900 pesos de oro común.
