Don Luis Barradas, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga fianza a favor de Justa del Carmen, india, mujer legítima de Bartolomé Luis Muñoz, natural de esta villa, encarcelada por el homicidio del indio José Salvatierra, cuya causa pende en este juzgado ordinario, quien dijo se ha enfermado su marido, como lo hizo constar el Alcalde menos antiguo y a pedimento de dicho su marido y con dictamen de asesor otorgan dictamen comentarience que ofreció el marido para la curación con la calidad de volverla a la prisión si se restablece.
