Diego de Pren y Castro, residente en Jalapa, vecino de la ciudad de Cádiz en los Reinos de Castilla, dijo que su hermano Francisco de Pren y Castro le pidió que cobre a don Vicente Alonso de Contreras, difunto, vecino que fue de la Ciudad de Zacatecas, el costo de algunas mercaderías que le compró; ante ello otorga poder especial a don Juan del Castillo, Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, vecino de la Ciudad de México, para que en su representación y el de su hermano, reciba y cobre de las personas o herederos de Vicente Alonso de Contreras la cantidad que importe la deuda con los réditos que le correspondan y otorgue los recibos correspondientes.
