Don Antonio Arcos de esta vecindad, otorga que traspasa a favor de don José Ruiz Sánchez, de esta vecindad, una tienda mestiza, que posee en esta Villa, en la Calle de la Amargura, con todos los intereses, útiles y armazón de que se compone, cuyo valor asciende a 3 000 pesos. Acordaron que el traspaso ha de ser por el término de 5 años. Por su parte don José Ruiz se compromete pagar a don Antonio Arcos el premio de un 6 % en cada año sobre el citado principal; así también 25 pesos mensuales por el arrendamiento de la casa del compareciente.
