El Capitán Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, dueño del ingenio San Pedro Buenavista, dijo que por cuanto tiene dado poder general para pleitos y ajustar cuentas con el Tesorero Antonio Gómez de la Paz, vecino de la ciudad de la Puebla, y otros efectos al Doctor Don José Osorio de Córdoba, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de esta Nueva España, fechado el 5 de noviembre de 1669 en el pueblo de Jalapa, y dejándolo en toda su fuerza y vigor, para que en todo y por todo use de él dicho Doctor; otorga, asimismo poder bastante para que en prosecución de dichas cuentas ajuste y finiquito con el referido Tesorero, en su nombre haga las quiebras sueltas en la cantidad y con los conciertos, convenios, remisiones y cesión de derechos que le pareciere.
