Don José de Ávila, Alcaide de la Real Cárcel, dijo que por cuanto por orden del Señor Alcalde de Primera elección, don José Antonio de la Peña Vallastra, se halla presa Antonia Cipriana Salazar, a quien le imputan estar comprometida en los autos criminales que se siguen en el juzgado del nominado alcalde, contra José Trinidad Berrospe, reo prófugo, sobre varios robos que hizo en esta Villa, y por autos de conformidad se ha mandado ponerla en libertad en fiado, ofreciéndose el compareciente a otorgar la fianza comentariense, por lo tanto otorga que recibe en fiado, presa y encarcelada a la nominada Antonia Cipriana, obligándose a presentarla en la cárcel cuando se le mande.
