Don Lucas Rosete, Alguacil Mayor de la Provincia de Jalapa y su agregada de Jalacingo, dijo que usando de las facultades concedidas por las leyes de estos reinos a los que tienen oficios vendibles y renunciables como lo es el suyo, otorga que lo renuncia en don Pedro Rosete en primer lugar, en segundo en don José María Rosete, y en tercero en don Francisco de Castro, todos de esta vecindad, para que con testimonio de esta renuncia, se presenten en ese orden a impetrar del Superior Gobierno el título para su uso.
