Don Diego de Castro, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, albacea testamentario del difunto Capitán don Bartolomé de Castro, por escritura de fecha 15 de junio de 1733 y por codicilio de fecha 25 de abril de 1741, otorga poder especial a don Eugenio Felipe Lozano, Escribano Real, a don Carlos José de Montes, residente en este pueblo y a don José Antonio de Acosta, para que pida licencia a la Real Justicia en la realización del inventario de los bienes del difunto Capitán don Bartolomé de Castro.
