El Capitán Francisco Javier López, vecino de Jalapa, Mayordomo actual de la Cofradía de la Purísima Concepción, con licencia del Señor don Alonso José Gatica, Cura por Su Majestad de ella y Rector de la cofradía, vende a don José Miguel Viveros, un solar ubicado en el Barrio de la Alameda, el cual tiene de frente 46 varas y media, de oriente a poniente, por la que linda con una vereda que de la casa de Martín López baja al poniente al plan de los Camarillos, al oriente tiene 126 varas por donde linda con tierras de la misma cofradía, al fondo con la ciénaga y huerta del difunto Gallego Juan Alvares, y al poniente tiene 86 varas y linda con tierras de la misma cofradía. Lo vende en el precio de 200 pesos de oro común.
