El señor coronel de Ejército don Pedro Pablo Vélez, vecino de la ciudad de Veracruz, residente en ésta, otorga poder a don Juan Nepomuceno de Urquía, de esta propia vecindad, para que en su representación como albacea testamentario de la finada doña María Francisca Gil, demande cobre y perciba de todas y cualesquier personas todas las cantidades, bienes muebles y raíces que se le debieren en virtud de instrumentos públicos, y de todo lo que reciba y otorgue carta de pago, lastos y cancelaciones. Y si sobre dichas cobranzas se necesitare comparecer a juicio, lo haga y presente los escritos y diligencias que sean necesarias.
