Pascual de Iglesias, dueño de recua, vecino de Jalapa, impone 1, 000 pesos de oro común de principal a favor de doña Gertrudis de la Gala y Thormes, mujer legítima del Alférez Sebastián de Flores Moreno, mercader de la misma vecindad, y de José Joaquín y María, sus hijos legítimos, que son los que Juan de Thormes, hermano de doña Gertrudis les legó, que reditúan 50 pesos en cada año, cuya cantidad cargó sobre una casa baja propia ubicada en la Calle Real, colinda al frente con casa y solar que fue del Licenciado Diego González, al norte con solar y casa de Agustina de Acosta, al oriente con el callejón y casa de Jerónimo de Acosta, al poniente con casa y solar que fue de Manuel de la Peña. El dinero lo reciben de manos del Alférez como albacea y tenedor de bienes de Juan de Thormes.
