Doña Rita Bandala, viuda y albacea de Juan José de Castro y su hijo único y heredero Francisco de Castro [y Bandala], vecinos de Jalapa, se obligan a tener en calidad de depósito irregular 137 pesos y 7 reales durante 5 años pagando el 5% anual, principal que han recibido de la Cofradía del Señor de la Santa Veracruz, y para la seguridad de su pago hipotecan una casa de paredes cubierta de madera y teja con el sitio que le corresponde, ubicada en la calle Nueva, linda al sur con casa de don Pedro Rodríguez, al norte con casa de los herederos de Nicolás de Ortega.
