Don Juan Lucas de Olavarrieta, de esta vecindad, dijo que por cuanto su difunta esposa, doña Susana de Salazar, por cláusula de su testamento dejó un legado a favor de sus sobrinos Juan, Manuel, Juan de Dios y María Rita Valero, por la cantidad de 200 pesos a cada uno, y como se hayan en menor edad y por esta razón no poderlos percibir, se obliga a tener en su poder los 800 pesos que les pertenecen a los mencionados cuatro menores, por vía de depósito irregular, por el tiempo que dure su minoría de edad, pagando 10 pesos anuales de réditos y asegurando dicha deuda con la hipoteca de dos casas contiguas ubicadas en la Calle Nueva de esta Villa de Xalapa.
