Doña María Gertrudis Quintana, viuda en primeras nupcias de José Silverio Gómez, y casada en segundas nupcias con José Pomposo Aguilera, vecino de Veracruz, otorga recibió de don Juan Francisco Cardeña, Escribano Público Interino, la cantidad de 100 pesos en reales efectivos, mismos que Gómez dejó a favor de su menor hijo José Santos Gómez, pero por fallecimiento de éste, dicho dinero quedó vigente para sus otros dos hijos; de lo cual se entrega cancelación, dejando por libre la hipoteca de la casa ubicada en el Callejón de Quiñones.\t
