Don Tomás de Zuloaga, Corredor Titulado por el Real Tribunal del Consulado de este reino, vecino de la Ciudad de México y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que por cuanto se le confirió interinamente a don Sebastián de Ulierte y Vergara el empleo de Administrador de las labores de la Real casa de Moneda de la Ciudad de México, afianzó 30, 000 pesos con 15 fiadores de 2, 000 pesos cada una siendo uno de ellos el otorgante, por lo que otorga poder especial a dicho don Sebastián para que ratifique la citada fianza.
