Don Domingo González de Castro, natural del reino de Galicia, en la feligresía de Santa Olaya, Arzobispado de Santiago, y residente en esta Villa, hijo legítimo de don Andrés González y doña Marta de Castro, difuntos, viudo de doña María Ignacia Díaz de Acosta, la cual a su vez era viuda de don Juan Rodríguez, del que tenía por hijos legítimos a María Gertrudis Rodríguez, casada con Francisco Javier de Olartegochea, y a María de Jesús Rodríguez; y el declarante tuvo por hijo legítimo con la citada María a don José Mariano González de Castro, Clérigo Presbítero, a quien nombra como albacea, junto con el Capitán don José de la Fuente, y como heredero universal a su citado hijo.
