Don Juan Antonio Gómez de Guevara, vecino de esta Villa de Jalapa, dijo que ha terminado el periodo que tuvo para arrendar la hacienda El Lencero, por parte de los herederos de don Domingo Díaz Mier, quedando adeudos a su favor por el citado arrendamiento, por lo que otorga que se obliga a dar depósito para tener bajo su poder la citada hacienda por el periodo que sea necesario, para lo cual ofreció por sus fiadores a don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa y don José de Arias y Torija.
