El Licenciado don Miguel de Luna Bandelvira, Cura, Vicario y Juez Eclesiástico de este pueblo de Jalapa y su doctrina, otorgó poder para testar al Capitán don Francisco de Molina, vecino de la Ciudad de la Puebla de los Ángeles, con escritura de fecha 3 de enero de 1729, nombramiento que ahora por vía de codicilio, cambia a favor de los reverendos padres predicadores, Fray Lucio de San José, Guardián del Convento de San Francisco de este pueblo de Jalapa, y Fray Claudio de Sosa Victoria, de la orden de nuestra señora de la Merced, a quienes designa albaceas testamentarios fideicomisarios.
