Don Andrés Pérez de la Higuera renuncia y traspasa en favor de su madre Doña María González, usufructuaria de todos los bienes y rentas que quedaron por fin y muerte de su esposo Don Francisco Hernández de la Higuera, 22 sitios de estancias para ganados, un sitio de venta, un sitio de potrero, ciertas caballerías de tierra, ubicados en la jurisdicción de la vieja ciudad de la Veracruz, así como el derecho y acción de todos los ganados que hubiere dentro de los referidos terrenos, de los cuales le hizo carta de venta, en 1607, don Ramiro de Arellano, vecino de la nueva ciudad de la Veracruz.
